Set up the workspace for your daily routine.

Configure TappyWhats for your WhatsApp Web routine, from how chats enter Kanban to interface preferences. Decide how to handle new conversations, check your license and find account shortcuts. Team and AI options follow the access available to your account, so you can prepare the tools your work requires.

Settings does not override plan limits. Collaboration requires team access and available seats; connecting this computer uses an operator key. AI preferences appear when the module is available; use requires account access and Tappy AI Tokens. Scheduled sending needs the computer on, internet access and WhatsApp Web open in the originating browser.

Example: triage at a repair shop

A repair shop receives quote requests and personal conversations on the same WhatsApp number. The administrator chooses manual Kanban intake; staff review ignored chats and add the relevant service requests. They pause automatic sending before reviewing collection reminders.

Who can change company rules?

Only an owner or administrator can change automatic or manual Kanban intake. Limited operators may need the key to open Settings; access locks again when the panel closes. Users and roles are managed in the customer portal.

Does changing currency change my plan price?

The selection changes how monetary values are displayed in the system. It is not a currency exchange tool or a subscription change. Check purchase or renewal for billing amounts and terms.

Will every preference follow me to another computer?

There is no blanket synchronization of all settings. Company rules such as Kanban intake, and AI preferences linked to the operator, are saved on the server. Review local preferences in each browser.

Will scheduled messages send with the browser closed?

No. Sending depends on the originating browser and available WhatsApp Web. For messages that become due while the account is unavailable, company policy determines sending after reconnection or requiring manual action; it does not keep sending active offline.
