From a sent proposal to the next sales step
A card entering a column with an enabled automation starts its configured flow. Give each action its own delay: send a message, use a quick reply or move to another stage.
Combine messages and quick replies in a sequence for each column.
Set the initial delay, later intervals and permitted sending days and hours.
Choose a reply destination column to stop the sequence when a customer answers.
- 01
Choose a column and enable its flow
Open automation from the column menu, for example “Proposal sent”. Choose whether the first delay starts at column entry or the last outgoing message.
- 02
Build your messages and intervals
Add text or quick replies and the wait before each action. Include stage changes where useful and select the days and time windows when messages may be sent.
- 03
Set up the handoff for replies
Choose a destination column under “If they reply”. With this rule configured, a customer reply ends the sequence and moves the card to your selected service stage.
Example: following up on a service proposal
A business schedules a message one day after a card enters “Proposal sent” and another two days later, within business hours. Its reply rule moves the card to “In service”. The business chooses the wording, delays and stages.

Explore plansDoes the sequence always stop when a customer replies?
Do not rely on that without configuring reply handling. Choose a destination column under “If they reply” so a reply ends the sequence and hands the card back to service.
Will messages send while my computer is off?
No. The server coordinates the work, but the extension sends through WhatsApp Web in the originating browser. Keep that computer on, connected to the internet and signed in with WhatsApp Web open.
How is this different from a follow-up reminder?
A reminder tells you to take an action. Column automation carries out the messages and stage changes you prepared, using the intervals and sending hours you configured.
Can I restrict messages to business hours?
Yes. Select days and one or more time windows. Outside permitted hours, sending waits for the next window. It still depends on an available session and any sending pauses.
