In the follow-up form, select a contact with a real WhatsApp conversation. Enter a title, date and time, then add a description and choose a priority.

Choose supporting reminders
When creating from Radar, choose whether to add a local popup and a calendar event. In the Reminders panel, customize sound and color, pin items and search your reminders.

Get back in touch and update
Check the due date in Radar, open the conversation and contact the customer. Mark the follow-up complete afterwards, or reopen and edit it if more work remains.

A customer needs to measure her living room before choosing a sofa. The salesperson records a follow-up for Friday at 10 a.m. with medium priority, adding a local reminder through Radar. When returning to the conversation, they check the measurements and write the message themselves.

Explore plansDoes a reminder send a message automatically?
No. The contact follow-up records an action, and the local popup reminds you. Automatic sending belongs to the automation and scheduling features, with their own setup and runtime requirements. Creating a follow-up does not enable automatic sending.
Where are contact follow-ups and popups stored?
Contact follow-ups are stored on the server and linked to a real WhatsApp conversation. Reminders panel popups stay in the extension’s local storage in that browser. They do not automatically travel with a contact follow-up to another device.
Which statuses can a follow-up have?
The record supports pending, completed and cancelled states. Pending items are organized by due date, completed items can be reopened, and cancelled items are excluded from outstanding work. Closing a local popup does not complete the contact follow-up.
Can I create only an internal reminder?
Yes. Create a reminder in the Reminders panel without a contact follow-up. Set a title, text and optional time, choose a sound and color, and pin important items. Dismissing a popup keeps the reminder saved so you can review or reactivate it.
