See who needs a reply and which deal comes next.
Organize the leads you recorded in the CRM and choose which WhatsApp Web sales conversations need attention. See who needs your reply, whose response you are awaiting, and which deals are furthest along or worth the most. A customer reply keeps the conversation in its sales context.

Turn deal context into your next conversation
Radar uses CRM opportunities and the direction of the latest message to organize your attention. It does not guess purchase intent or treat every conversation as a sales opportunity.

Illustrative example: a service business managing quotes
After a quote is sent, the opportunity sits in Awaiting. When the customer asks about timing, it appears in Sales → Respond. The team answers the question and checks Priority to organize its other proposals.

Explore plansHow does a conversation become an opportunity?
Through explicitly creating an opportunity and establishing its sales pipeline context. Importing a contact alone does not turn every chat into a sale. Radar does not use AI to infer purchase intent.
Does a customer reply turn the deal into customer service?
No. The opportunity remains in Sales and moves to Respond when the latest message comes from the customer. When the latest message is yours, it appears in Awaiting.
What determines Priority?
It reorders the same opportunities from Respond and Awaiting by most advanced stage or highest value recorded in the CRM. It is neither a manual favorites list nor a prediction that a deal will close.
Does scheduling a follow-up send a message?
No. A follow-up records your next contact; a reminder and a calendar entry are separate options. To send messages automatically, configure a CRM column sequence and keep its execution requirements satisfied.
Why might an opportunity be missing from the queues?
Won or lost opportunities leave the active queues. Chats with unknown message direction, outside the loaded data range, or marked ignored may also be absent. Check CRM data and synchronization before assuming records are missing.
