Illustrative example: a bakery quote
A bakery creates an Orders folder and saves a reply with a written greeting, a cake photo and a PDF of flavors and order terms. When a customer asks for a quote, the staff member checks the first-name preview and sends the sequence in that conversation.

Explore plansWill replies send automatically when someone messages me?
No. This is a library you select and trigger in a conversation, rather than a chatbot that interprets incoming messages. Using a reply in a schedule or automation depends on configuring that separate feature.
Does my library automatically appear on another computer?
There is no automatic cross-device sync for this library. Folders and replies use local browser storage; files use IndexedDB. Clearing extension data or changing browser profiles can remove content available in that installation.
Which variables can I use?
Sending resolves {{nome}}, {{primeiro_nome}}, {{telefone}} and {{saudacao}} using available contact data: name, first name, phone and time-based greeting. Check the preview because missing names or numbers may be blank. The greeting currently produces Portuguese text; write a greeting in your preferred language when needed.
Can a reply also apply labels or move a contact in Kanban?
That depends on the sending context. Although the editor offers these steps, native quick-reply sending skips label and Kanban actions, as well as nested replies. Use CRM and automation features in the appropriate context for those actions.
What happens if an attachment is unavailable?
The file must exist in this browser’s IndexedDB. Native sending stops the sequence if an attachment is missing or a send fails. Check which messages already reached the conversation before retrying to avoid sending them twice.
