Move from deal context to the customer’s reply.
Review a deal in the CRM, then return to native WhatsApp Web chat with extension shortcuts close at hand. The Chat button closes extension screens and reveals the native interface, with shortcuts beside the message field. Review the sales context, prepare your reply and record the next step with fewer screen changes.
Use signed-in WhatsApp Web in Chrome or Edge with the extension active and account access. Each shortcut follows its feature's plan, limits and permissions; some controls may be hidden. Notes and CRM records rely on the server. Scheduled sending needs the originating browser, computer on, internet access and WhatsApp Web open.

Illustrative example: following up on a quote
A sales adviser checks the furniture quote in the CRM, selects Chat and resumes the customer's conversation. She inserts a prepared reply about delivery timing. If the customer requests changes, she selects those messages to create a task and records the agreement in a note.

Explore plansIs Chat a new inbox?
No. The button closes extension screens and reveals the native WhatsApp Web conversation. You still use WhatsApp's chat list and message field. It does not combine other channels into a separate inbox.
How do I start a conversation with a new number?
Use the separate Quick chat feature to enter a number and open a conversation without saving it to contacts. The Chat button returns to the native interface; it does not ask for a new recipient.
Why are some shortcuts missing?
Controls depend on an identified conversation, feature access and account or team permissions. Hiding scheduling or blocking task creation, for example, also restricts those actions in native chat.
Can I close the browser after scheduling?
Sending does not run as an independent cloud service. Keep the browser where you created the schedule, the computer on, the internet connection active and WhatsApp Web open so the extension can send.
