Keep the agreement handy for the next conversation.
Keep customer notes in WhatsApp Web so you can check what was agreed before replying or continuing a deal. Add several notes to the same conversation, search for a detail and switch between a note board and list. The context you record is easier to consult before replying or handing a customer over to a colleague.
Each note supports up to 2,000 characters and must link to a WhatsApp conversation. Records are stored on the server; reading and saving require a valid session and connectivity. Use WhatsApp Web with the extension active. Offline operation is not guaranteed.

Keep sales context alongside the conversation
Notes hold the customer details you choose to record. The Notes section and the CRM card use the same records, so you do not need to enter the same note twice.

Illustrative example: handing over a furniture sale
A sales adviser records room measurements, the chosen fabric and a reminder to confirm the delivery lead time. When a colleague takes over, they filter by customer and read the notes before preparing the quote, without asking again for details already recorded.

Explore plansCan I keep several notes for one customer?
Yes. Create separate records for preferences, agreements or next steps. Notes are grouped by contact. The author name appears when available and is preserved when a note is edited.
Why is a WhatsApp note locked?
Native WhatsApp notes are mirrored one way, from WhatsApp to the CRM. They are read-only in the CRM: make changes in WhatsApp itself. CRM-created notes are independent and are not written back into the native note.
What should I do if a note will not save?
Check your session and connection. A change is not confirmed without server access. If another session changed the record, review the current version before trying again. A contact without a linked conversation cannot receive a new note either.
Do notes automatically capture the whole conversation?
No. You write CRM notes, and mirroring handles the native notes available in WhatsApp. This is neither AI transcription nor a complete copy of message history.
